New Milford Quilters
Membership is open to all age and skill levels, from beginners to advance quilters. The Quilters have been quilting for 15 years and meet on Monday evenings from 7:00 - 8:45. They meet throughtout the year at the New Milford Library, 200 Dahlia Ave. The cost is $20 for each 10 week session. If you would like more information please contact Marie Varner 201 265 8739.
Painting, Needlework and Arts and Crafts
The Adult Sessions of Painting, Needlework and Craft Classes are taught by Gloria Sarkisian an Helen Rittgers and run for 10 weeks. There is a $20 registration fee required at sign-up. For more information call Gloria Sarkisian at 201 261 0513.
Painting Class
Painting class incudes oil, water color, acrylic, pastel, pencil, pen and ink. Every student chooses their own medium and will get individual attention and be taught according to their own skill level.
Needlework and Craft Classes
Needlework and Craft Classes incude crochet, knitting, tatting, quilting, crazy patch, paper cutting, decoupage, embroidery, hardanger,crewel, cross stitch, needlepoint and bargello. Decorated hats, t-shirts and appropriate holiday decorations are included in each session. Each student will be taught to their skill level on a one to one basis.
